RisalahStore is the Alrisalah Skandinaviska Stiftelse webshop that offers publications of various kinds in Nordic languages. Alrisalah Scandinavian Foundation is an organization that works to shape and develop frameworks for organizational work that are in line with Scandinavian standards. The foundation was founded in 2003 and specializes in education, culture and intercivilization communication. The head office is located in Örebro, Sweden.
We offer some of our products to the shipping cost only. When ordering more than 10 of these, please contact us before ordering and inform us about which organization you represent and what the products should be used for.
When you complete your order, an order confirmation will be sent to your email address. In the confirmation you will find all the information about the products, prices and delivery address. If something is wrong with the order, you should immediately contact us by email to email@example.com. To make an order you must be 18 years old.
When ordering larger volumes (10+) of a title, we offer discounts. Please contact us before ordering for more information.
Provided that your order is in stock, it will be packed and sent no later than 10 working days after received orders and payment. If delays in the delivery should occur (without us notifying you of longer delivery time) please contact us directly at e-mail address firstname.lastname@example.org. In case of delayed delivery, you always have the right to cancel your purchase. The risk of purchased goods passes to the buyer when the delivery is made.
All goods are shipped by Postnord. Shipments up to 2 kg within Sweden are delivered within 1-3 days. For international deliveries or orders of more than 2 kg, we refer to PostNord’s delivery times. The shipping cost is specified on your order. When ordering more than 20 kg, please contact us before ordering for information.
The prices in the store are stated in SEK (Swedish kronor) and all prices are inclusive of VAT (for deliveries to Norway and Iceland, the check-out prices are exclusive of VAT). We reserve the right to price changes caused by price changes from supplier, misprints in the price list and errors in prices due to incorrect information, and reserve the right to adjust the price.
We offer card payment with Visa / Mastercard, direct payment via your internet bank or offline payment via Swish. Payment methods are selected at check-out. For a secure card payment, we cooperate with Payson.
We reserve the right for any printing errors on this website and final sales of products. We do not guarantee that the images reflect the exact appearance of the products, as a certain color difference may occur depending on the display, photo quality and resolution. However, we try to expose our goods in the best way possible.
We do not use your customer information other than to complete and post your order. We follow the Personal Data Act since it entered into force in 1998.
Right of withdrawal and return
You have a general statutory 14-day right of withdrawal from the time you have received an item you ordered. When using the right of withdrawal you are responsible for the return shipping. When using the right of withdrawal, the entire sum is refunded to the account from which payment was made. The product must be undamaged and in substantially unchanged condition.
Notify us at email@example.com why you do not accept the product, and state in what way you think it is incorrect. Always notify any complaint as soon as possible. When we have reviewed your complaint, we will contact you. If we agree, we stand for the return shipping. You have a legal right to claim your goods for 3 years. We follow the recommendations of the Public Advisory Board (ARN).
If you do not pick up your goods that you have ordered, you will be charged our cost to send your parcel back and forth and inventory costs. The cost of this is currently SEK 395. Unpacked packages are not counted as cancellation of your purchase. You must, according to Swedish law, always notify us when using the right of withdrawal, complaint, exchange or return of your order.
In the event of a dispute, we follow the recommendations of the General Complaints Board.
